We will not knowingly publish a model’s legal name, ID document, private contact details or verification images on the public website.
8. Booking enquiries
When a client submits a booking enquiry, we may collect information needed to assess and manage the enquiry.
This may include name or preferred name, contact details, requested model, requested date, time and duration, general location or incall/outcall preference, message details, verification or screening information, and deposit confirmation where relevant.
Booking enquiry information may be shared with the relevant model or authorised Sinful Secrets team members only where needed to manage the enquiry, protect safety, or provide the requested service.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking.
9. Payments, deposits and transaction information
Sinful Secrets may collect limited payment-related information, such as deposit confirmation, payment date, amount paid, payment reference, receipt information, membership records, incall hire records, advertising records or priority listing payment records.
We do not intentionally collect or store full credit card details through our website unless a secure third-party payment provider is used.
If payments are processed by a third-party provider, that provider may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.
10. How we store and protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Depending on the systems being used, this may include limiting admin access, using password-protected accounts, using secure website hosting, using SSL/HTTPS, restricting access to uploaded documents, deleting ID documents when no longer required, using reputable plugins and service providers, keeping WordPress, plugins and themes updated, reviewing who has access to forms, uploads and member information, and using separate business communication channels where practical.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, we take privacy and discretion seriously and aim to reduce unnecessary collection, access and retention wherever possible.
11. Who we may share information with
We may share personal information only where reasonably needed for our business services, safety, administration or legal obligations.
This may include sharing information with the relevant model connected to a booking enquiry, authorised Sinful Secrets owners, admins or support workers, website hosting providers, form, email, security, backup or website plugin providers, payment processors or banking providers, professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers or IT/security providers, law enforcement, regulators or authorities where required or permitted by law, or another party where needed to prevent or respond to serious safety risks, fraud, harassment, misuse or unlawful activity.
We do not sell client, model or applicant personal information.
12. Third-party platforms and overseas services
Some services we use may store or process information outside Australia. This may include website hosting, email systems, security tools, analytics tools, cloud storage, form plugins, backup tools or payment providers.
Where practical, we aim to use reputable service providers with appropriate privacy and security practices.
13. Cookies, analytics and website tracking
We use essential cookies to operate the website, protect forms, remember your consent choice and improve page delivery. Optional Google Analytics 4 cookies will only load after you accept Statistics cookies. If enabled, Analytics may collect page views, general device and browser information, approximate location, referral sources, scrolling and outbound-link activity so we can understand and improve the website. Automatic form-interaction tracking is disabled. We do not intentionally send booking or model-application form contents, ID or selfie documents, phone numbers, payment details, private messages or member portal content to Google Analytics.
You can choose Accept All, Reject or Preferences on the cookie banner and change your choice later using the cookie settings button. If you reject optional cookies, Analytics remains blocked. Your consent preference is stored for 30 days. Google may process limited analytics data outside Australia under its own privacy terms. You can also restrict cookies in your browser, although essential website features may be affected.
14. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are required or permitted to keep it longer for legal, accounting, safety, dispute-resolution or business-record reasons.
For raw ID images in active storage, our limits are: client IDs are removed within 24 hours after approval or decline, with an automatic maximum of 30 days for an unresolved enquiry; model IDs are removed within 30 days after the application or onboarding decision, with an automatic maximum of 90 days for an unresolved application.
After deletion from active storage, SharePoint items may remain restricted and recoverable in Microsoft’s recycle-bin system for up to 93 days unless permanently purged earlier. This is a Microsoft recovery safeguard, not routine active use of the ID.
Minimal verification records, booking records, account information and other business or safety records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary. The minimal verification record does not include the raw ID image or document number.
15. Accessing or correcting your information
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or misleading.
For privacy and safety reasons, we may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
We may refuse or limit access in some circumstances, including where giving access would affect another person’s privacy, create a safety risk, reveal confidential business information, or where we are legally permitted to refuse access.
16. Requesting deletion of information
You may contact us to request deletion of your personal information.
We will consider deletion requests carefully. In some cases, we may need to retain certain information for legal, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or business record purposes.
Where full deletion is not possible, we may de-identify, restrict or minimise the information where appropriate.
