Sinful Credits Terms

These terms apply when you purchase, receive or use Sinful Credits through Sinful Secrets. They operate together with the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

One purchased Sinful Credit has a standard purchase price of AUD $1 unless a clearly disclosed promotion applies.
Sinful Credits are closed-loop website credits. They may be used only for eligible products and services supplied directly by Sinful Secrets.
Credits are not legal tender, cannot be transferred to another member, cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be used to pay an independent model for adult services.
The current wallet balance limit is 1,000 credits unless Sinful Secrets approves a different limit.

A package may include purchased credits and additional promotional bonus credits. The package total is shown before payment.
Bonus credits have no separately refundable cash value. If a qualifying package is refunded, its purchased and bonus credits are removed together.
Credits do not expire while the program remains active, unless a future change is required by law and reasonable notice is provided.

Credits are added only after the payment is received and verified, or after Sinful Secrets deliberately authorises provisional access.
A proof-of-payment file or transfer reference does not itself establish that funds have cleared.
Sinful Secrets may delay activation, request further information or reverse a provisional credit if the corresponding payment fails, is reversed, is disputed or cannot be verified.

Available credits may be used for eligible platform-owned memberships, advertising, profile support, promotions, incall-space requests and other benefits displayed in the member store.
Credits cannot be used for payments or deposits connected to services supplied by an independent model or provider.
Some requests remain subject to availability, eligibility, scheduling, profile or content review and admin approval.
When a pending request cannot be supplied, the credits allocated to it will be returned to the same wallet.

To request a refund for a credit package, the entire package allocation must remain unused. This includes every purchased and bonus credit issued with that package.
A package is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund after any of its allocation has been spent, applied, transferred into a fulfilled service or otherwise used.
If a refund is approved, the full package allocation is removed from the wallet before the monetary refund is processed to the original payer where reasonably possible.
Completed services and used credits are not normally refundable for change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sinful Secrets may correct duplicate credits, processing errors or unauthorised transactions and will keep an audit record of the correction.
Wallet access may be restricted while suspected misuse, payment reversal, account compromise or a material terms breach is investigated.
