5. Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds
Some bookings, memberships, incall time blocks, advertising options, priority placements, points, or related services may require a deposit or upfront payment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, booking deposits are used to secure time, reduce time-wasting, and cover admin, preparation, scheduling, or lost opportunity.

Model applications, memberships, advertising placements, priority exposure, incall access, points systems, and related model services are subject to approval.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Models are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping profile details current, following safety rules, respecting booking and incall procedures, and complying with any laws that apply to their work.
Sinful Secrets may refuse, pause, remove, or cancel a model profile, membership, listing, priority placement, points allocation, or incall access if there are safety concerns, false information, non-payment, repeated issues, breach of terms, disrespectful conduct, unauthorised access, damage to the premises, or conduct that may harm the reputation or safety of the business, clients, other models, or the premises.
Any points system, priority listing system, membership benefit, advertising benefit, incall benefit, or portal feature may be updated, changed, paused, or removed at any time. Where possible, Sinful Secrets will aim to communicate major changes clearly.
8. Incall Space Terms
Access to any Sinful Secrets incall space, room hire, time block, or related premises is subject to approval, availability, payment, safety rules, and house procedures.
