Independent models and personal boundaries
Unless expressly stated otherwise, models advertised through Sinful Secrets are independent adults. A profile is advertising information, not a promise that an enquiry will be accepted or that any particular activity will be available. Each independent model controls their own availability, lawful services, personal boundaries and consent. Consent may be withheld or withdrawn at any time.
Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting an enquiry, receiving an automated message or completing verification does not confirm a booking. Confirmation requires acceptance of the details, completion of any required safety or age checks, and clearance of any stated deposit or payment.
Accuracy and availability
Sinful Secrets takes reasonable steps to keep profiles, prices, availability and website information accurate, but information can change. A profile may be paused, edited or removed and a feature may be unavailable because of maintenance, security, provider interruption or events outside reasonable control.
User-submitted content and reviews
Some profile text, images, availability details, reviews and reports are supplied by users. Sinful Secrets may moderate that content but cannot guarantee that every statement remains complete or current. Users must make lawful, honest submissions and must have the rights and consent needed to supply any image or other content.
Safety and emergencies
Verification, screening, account tools, safety notes and administrative checks can reduce some risks but cannot guarantee another person’s conduct or eliminate every risk. Users remain responsible for lawful conduct, clear consent, personal safety decisions and emergency action. If there is immediate danger, call 000.
Third-party services
The website may use or link to third-party hosting, Microsoft 365, security, analytics, communications and payment services. Those providers operate their own systems under their own terms and privacy notices. When online card payments are enabled, full card details will be entered only on the approved payment provider’s secure hosted page, not into the Sinful Secrets website or app.
Liability and legal rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinful Secrets is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or loss caused by an independent user’s unlawful conduct or a third-party system outside Sinful Secrets’ reasonable control.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
