These Terms and Conditions apply to the Sinful Secrets website, member accounts, booking-enquiry administration, model advertising and memberships, points wallet, incall-space bookings and other services supplied by Sinful Secrets.

2. Acceptance and age restriction
By accessing an adult area of the website, creating an account, submitting a form, purchasing a service or using a Sinful Secrets facility, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally permitted to access adult-related content in your location, and agree to the terms that apply to that activity. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
Additional written terms shown before a particular purchase or booking form part of these Terms. If there is an inconsistency, the more specific written term applies to that transaction, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. What Sinful Secrets provides
Sinful Secrets provides adult-industry advertising, website and member-account features, booking-enquiry administration, verification and safety-focused administration, model support, membership and promotional services, points-based member services, incall-space bookings and related business services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, models advertised through Sinful Secrets are independent adults. Sinful Secrets does not promise that a model will accept an enquiry and does not control an independent model’s lawful personal boundaries, private conduct, availability or decision to accept or end an arrangement.
4. Accounts, applications and verification
You must provide information that is accurate, current and your own. You must keep account credentials confidential and promptly notify Sinful Secrets if you believe an account or invitation link has been misused.
Creating an account, submitting an application or completing verification does not guarantee acceptance, a listing, a booking or continued access. Sinful Secrets may request reasonable age, identity, safety, payment or eligibility checks. ID handling and retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Enquiries and booking confirmation
A submitted enquiry is a request only. A booking is not confirmed until the relevant details have been accepted, required verification has been completed and any stated deposit or payment has cleared. Automated acknowledgements and app notifications are not booking confirmations unless they expressly say so.
Availability, location, pricing and acceptance can change before confirmation. Sinful Secrets or the relevant model may decline an enquiry where information is incomplete or where there are legal, safety, consent, payment, capacity or conduct concerns.
6. Prices, receipts and taxes
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars. Any compulsory fee or payment surcharge will be disclosed before payment. A card surcharge, if introduced, will not exceed the amount permitted by applicable Australian payment-surcharge rules.
Sinful Secrets will provide receipts as required by law and on reasonable request. If the company’s GST status changes, applicable prices, receipts and tax information will be updated accordingly. The business Tax File Number is never displayed publicly.
7. Payments and payment security
Online card payments may be processed on a secure page hosted by an approved third-party payment provider. Sinful Secrets does not ask you to enter a full card number, expiry date or card security code into the Sinful Secrets website or member app. The payment provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
A payment is recorded only after a valid provider confirmation is received and matched to the amount and Sinful Secrets reference. A pending, failed or declined attempt does not secure a booking or service. Do not send payment to old or unconfirmed bank details.
8. Model memberships, advertising and promotions
Model profiles, membership tiers, advertising positions, homepage features, boosts and promotional services are subject to approval, payment, availability and content standards. A purchase gives the approved model the stated service for the stated period; it does not guarantee a particular number of views, enquiries or bookings.
Future prices and package inclusions may change. A change will not retrospectively remove a paid entitlement already accepted for its current service period unless the change is reasonably necessary for safety or law, or an appropriate alternative or remedy is offered.
9. Incall-space bookings
Incall-space access is subject to approval, availability, payment and the current room-hire rules. Address details, access instructions, codes, keys and security information are confidential and must not be shared with an unauthorised person.
The approved hirer must use the space only for lawful purposes, remain within the confirmed time, respect building and safety rules, and leave the space reasonably clean and undamaged. Reasonable cleaning, repair, replacement or lost-time costs may be claimed where supported by the circumstances and evidence; they are not automatic penalties.
10. Member points
Paid points are prepaid account credit for eligible Sinful Secrets model-member services. The standard value guide is 10 points for $1 AUD unless a clearly displayed promotion states otherwise. Points do not expire, are not legal tender, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot ordinarily be withdrawn as cash. Purchased points and promotional bonus points are recorded separately.
Bonus points have no separately paid cash value. When a points-funded request is pending, the required points may be placed on hold. If Sinful Secrets declines or cancels that request, the held points will be returned to the same wallet.
Sinful Secrets may change future points packages and eligible services, but will not simply confiscate a valid existing paid balance. If the points program is discontinued, affected members will be given a reasonable opportunity to use valid purchased points or another remedy where required by law. The Model Points Terms also apply.
11. Cancellations and refunds
The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains booking deposits, model services, room hire, points, duplicate payments and how to request a remedy.
Nothing in these Terms or a service-specific cancellation term excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Conduct, consent and safety
Users must communicate and behave lawfully, respectfully and consistently with clear adult consent. Harassment, coercion, stalking, threats, violence, discrimination, intoxicated or unsafe conduct, fake identities, unlawful requests, involvement of a person under 18, unauthorised recording, sharing private information, bypassing verification or payment controls, or interference with website security is prohibited.
Consent may be withheld or withdrawn at any time. A model may set and enforce personal boundaries and may end an interaction where they feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Nothing on the website is a promise that any particular activity will be available.
13. Profiles, images, reviews and user content
You must have the right and consent to upload any profile text, image, review, safety report or other content you submit. Content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, non-consensual, exploitative or contrary to the applicable profile and content rules.
Approved models may manage their profile content, but Sinful Secrets may hide, flag, crop, refuse or remove content for quality, authenticity, privacy, safety, legal or site-standard reasons. Client profile images must not display genitals. Model content depicting sexual acts may be removed from profile display.
By submitting content for publication, you give Sinful Secrets a non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, format, crop and display it for the agreed profile, review or promotional purpose. Ownership otherwise remains with the person who supplied the content.
14. Suspension and termination
Sinful Secrets may restrict or suspend an account, enquiry, profile or facility access where reasonably necessary to investigate non-payment, fraud, safety, legal, privacy, security or serious conduct concerns. Where practical and safe, the affected person will be told the reason and given an opportunity to respond.
Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations or rights. Treatment of an unused paid service or points balance will follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
15. Website availability and third-party services
Sinful Secrets takes reasonable steps to keep information and systems available and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, security events or events outside reasonable control may interrupt a feature. Third-party hosting, payment, Microsoft 365, analytics, security and communication services operate under their own terms.
16. Liability and non-excludable rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinful Secrets is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by an independent user’s unlawful conduct or a third-party system outside Sinful Secrets’ reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that the law does not permit the business to exclude.
17. Complaints and disputes
Please first contact compliance@sinfulsecretsau.com with the relevant reference, dates and a clear description of the concern. Do not email unnecessary ID or card information. Sinful Secrets will review the matter in good faith and may request information reasonably needed to investigate it.
18. Changes to these Terms
Sinful Secrets may update these Terms for future use of the website or future transactions. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. A material change will not retrospectively remove a right or paid entitlement under an already accepted transaction unless the change is required by law or safety and an appropriate remedy is provided where required.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Queensland, without limiting any right to bring a claim in another forum that applicable law permits.
